Improvements to the Sandy Beach County Park include: (1) installation of a new 3/4-inch irrigation line connecting to the existing water supply serving the restroom; (2) removal of existing hardscape around the restroom and replacement with landscaping; (3) re-grading of a pedestrian pathway and replacement with a new, ADA-compliant pathway; (4) replacement of the existing 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk, along with associated steps, handrails, curbs, and retaining wall; (5) construction of a 2-foot-wide concrete gutter along the pathway; and (6) construction of a 5-foot-wide cobbled riprap dissipater.
