Reasons for Exemption
The project proposes replacement of existing light bulbs and fixtures with LED lights at the same
location and size as currently exist No change in usage would occur. Potential impacts were evaluated
(see supporting memo) and it is clear that no potentially significant impacts would occur from the project.
Therefore CEQA's Class 1 and General Rule exemptions would apply.
