As stated above, the proposed project consists of a request by Verizon for approval of a Plot Plan to install four (4) new antennas, for a total of ten (10) antennas, and associated equipment on an existing office building, located at 1855 E. Vista Way. The project would not involve a negligible expansion of the existing use of the cell facility, and would not affect the use or function of the existing building.
