Document Description
Port of Long Beach proposes the realignment of Pier B Street for the expansion of the Pier B Rail Yard within Caltrans right-of-way along the abandoned off-ramp to Anaheim way from northbound State Route (SR-)103 at Post Mile (PM) 1.04, as well as to perform traffic control activities in the City of Long Beach, Los Angeles County. The proposed work within Caltrans right-of-way will include above and below-ground demolition, removal of an abandoned oil line, grading, pavement, signing & striping, and traffic signal conduit. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 58 inches, a maximum width of six (6)-inches, and a maximum length of 50 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
