Document Description
The proposed project will provide new Southern California Edison (SCE) power service, supporting events, maintenance operations, and future expansion at the Augustine Maintenance Yard at 5524 Santiago Canyon Road in Silverado, CA. The proposed project consists of installation of underground electrical lines, a new pad mounted utility transformer, and a service switchgear with utility meter onsite. Electrical installations will provide power and lighting for the maintenance trailers, electrical tools and equipment, light for surrounding areas, and power for the events audio system equipment and lighting. In addition, the proposed project will provide underground conduits for future Level 2 - EV Chargers, and improvements to the existing barn structure and future office building. Construction will take approximately 8 months, to be completed by Summer 2026.
