Document Description
Pacific Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T California proposes the installation of approximately 97 linear feet of one 4-inch fiber optic conduit to be placed within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route (SR)213 at Post Mile (PM) 6.3. The proposed fiber optic conduit will be placed via Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) by bore and open trench between the proposed splice box measuring 10-inch by 15-inch by 12-inch, which will be placed in the sidewalk and an existing AT&T manhole (MH#26493). Excavation will have a maximum depth of 55 inches, a maximum width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 97 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
