Document Description
Charter Communications is proposing the installation of 101 linear feet of 1-3” fiber optic conduit using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) tying into an existing Community Access Cable (CATV) handhole located within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route (SR-)213 between Post Mile (PM) 7.385 and Post Mile 7.479, accessing an existing fiber vault to pull coax cable through underground conduit, removal and restoration of 105 square feet of concrete sidewalk, and performing associated temporary traffic control activities in the City of Torrance, Los Angeles County. Excavation is proposed to a maximum depth of 54 inches, an average width of 3 feet, and a length of 6 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
