The Noonan Family Rev. Trust DTD 2/6/2024 proposes the widening of the existing driveway apron at 1419 Palisades Beach Road. Work within Caltrans right-of-way includes widening the existing driveway apron by 10.4 feet to achieve a 36-foot-wide double residential driveway to serve the proposed residential two-unit project and temporary access along SR-1 at postmile 35.43 to perform associated temporary traffic control activities. The maximum depth is 18 inches, width is 60 inches and length is 36 linear feet.
