Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to permit a stealth telecommunications facility. The proposed project consists of installation of a new 90-foot (ft.) broadleaf tree pole with twelve (12) 8 ft. antennas, a microwave dish, three (3) ground mounted cabinets, and associated small equipment. All facility equipment will be on raised concrete pad and contained within a 16 ft. by 31 ft. fenced lease area, located approximately 55 ft. from the nearest property boundary. Plans indicate potential future co-location. A 30Kw backup generator has been proposed.
