Document Description
As part of Emergency 2-25EM-00042- SIS, the project is limited to one temporary
encroachment of a rocked armored culvert on a Class I channel utilizing one-three 18” CMP culverts. Culverts shall be placed at grade, and native rock will be used to back-fill culvert. Culverts must be removed upon completion of use, rock fill shall be dipped through the channel and spread on site. Crossing is identified as “Crossing X1”and
work is described through email notification correspondence and information submitted associated with EPIMs

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the
effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
