Tesoro SoCal Pipeline Company LLC proposes the cut-out of 30 linear feet of E31 pipeline to perform an Internal Line Inspection (ILI) within Caltrans right-of-way along Interstate (I-)710 Post Mile (PM) 7.64, as well as to perform any associated traffic control activities in the City of Long Beach, Los Angeles County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72- inches, an average width of 120 inches, and a length of 30 linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
