Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SCR-48855-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mark Liljenstolpe. In 2023, heavy storms caused a landslide on the banks of an unnamed creek tributary to Soquel Creek, immediately behind a single-family home. The purpose of the Project is to stabilize the bank adjacent to the river to protect the property from further erosion. The Project is limited to the installation of a 65-foot (ft) long drilled pier retaining wall in the eroded area and a concrete v-swale.
