Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SCL-42697-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Julie Choun/City of Sunnyvale. The Project is limited to the permanent retention of the recently replaced utility bridge and footings and associated trail ramps on surrounding berm tops that were installed as part of the 2020 Emergency Project, which provides a long-term replacement of the failed wastewater infrastructure.
