The existing Hogan Crossing, located along the Mormon Slough, has been identified as a barrier to fish passage. The purpose of the Project is to remediate the crossing and improve habitat, natural production, and viability of native fish populations in the lower San Joaquin River watershed on the Mormon Slough and Calaveras River.
