Document Description
The proposed Project consists of a lease agreement between the Department of Recreation and Parks and Sherman Oaks Castle Park Arcade
and Cafe, LLC (SOC PAC) for the operation and maintenance of the Sherman Oaks Castle Park Batting Cages Arcade and Food & Beverage
Concession. The agreement has a term of ten years with one five-year extension option exercisable at the sole discretion of the Department of
Recreation and Parks. It also include SOCPAC's commitment to improve the existing kitchen and restrooms and install minor equipment.
Beneficiaries of the project are the patrons of the park.
