Categorical Exemption
Type, Section or Code
Sections 15061, 15301, 15302, 15304, 15331, 15268
Reasons for Exemption
The project is consistent with the provisions of a Common Sense Exemption (Section 15061), Class 1 Exemption (Section 15301), Class 2 Exemption (Section 15302), Class 4 Exemption (Section 15304), and Class 31 Exemption (Section 15331).
