This letter agreement provides for the interim continued operations pursuant to the expired 1965 Contract between the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and the Thermalito Water and Sewer District (TWSD) while the parties coordinate on developing a new long-term agreement. Existing operations pursuant to the 1965 Contract include transportation and exchange of TWSD’s Concow Reservoir water through DWR’s State Water Project facilities at Lake Oroville.
