Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake
and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-57186-R6,
pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mike Jaffal.

CDFW is issuing a streambed alteration agreement that includes requirements to restore the site, control erosion, and protect natural resources through a restoration monitoring and reporting plan located at APN 285-450- 028. CDFW has considered Categorical Exemption classes 4 and 33 as the Lead Agency for the Project. Class 4 consists of minor alterations to land. Class 33 consists of small habitat restoration projects.
