Document Description
The Delta Pump Station delivers pressurized reclaimed water from Delta Pond to the West College mainline. Delta Pump Station is located on the North side of the City of Santa Rosa Delta Pond. It is accessed through the SCWA flood control road on the SW side of Santa Rosa Creek. During winter storms, the SCWA flood control road into the Delta may be too flooded for vehicle access. 12kv power is supplied to the Delta Pump Station through the PG&E overhead power lines from Hall Road. The pump station does not have an emergency generator. The Standby emergency power capabilities are necessary in the event of a power failure. The goal is to provide a standby generator to keep valves and controls operational. To install a generator, test work needs to be completed on the construction site to accommodate the equipment. The project is drilling geotechnical borings in the construction site to gather subsoil data.
