Document Description
The NORSD is proposing the expansion of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in order to effectively serve its existing and planned population. The Project consists of a new preliminary and liquid treatment process, solid treatment, an administrative and a maintenance building, and miscellaneous site improvements. Project components are located entirely within the existing WWTP.
