Document Description
A General Plan Amendment approving the 6th Cycle Housing Element 2021 – 2029. The Housing Element is one of eight mandatory elements of a General Plan and is required by California State Law to be updated every eight years. The City of Grand Terrace last updated its Housing Element in 2013. The City, in coordination with consultant Michael Baker International, has been preparing an update to the City’s Housing Element as required by State law. The updated Housing Element must address what land use planning steps the City will take so that the City is able to meet its Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA).
