Document Description
San Joaquin Field Division plans to repair the Edmonston Pumping Plant (EDPP) surge tank 4160v line. A snap in the line occurred recently due to strong winds.
To reach the poles, contractors will use a boom truck from the nearest access road. If no access road is available, workers will use a ladder or climb the pole by hand. All vehicles and equipment will stay on established roads and designated areas (Figure 2 to 6).
The EDPP surge tank 4160v line is necessary to provide power to the EDPP surge tank and to continue to deliver water to southern California.
