The small 0.69-acre portion of the Project Site off the Reservation within the County’s jurisdiction is within Soboba Road. The off-Reservation portion of the Project Site within the City limits is Water and Public/Institutional (both of which are within the San Jacinto River channel) and Mixed Use (southwest of the river) which allow for medium to high density residential development and retail, office and service uses. Surrounding County land uses to the north and east include Very Low Density Residential and Open Space Rural, while surrounding City land uses to the south and west are a range of low- to high-density residential, commercial, and mixed use.

The Project includes approximately 19.6 miles of sewer pipelines, lift stations, and staging areas, primarily within the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians’ 8,320-acre Reservation, with some off-Reservation segments in the City of San Jacinto and unincorporated County of Riverside.
