Document Description
The Vallejo Mill ES Modernization (“Project”) consists of removal and replacement of the existing HVAC units along with associated structural work and ADA path of travel upgrades. As well as construction of one new 30’ x 44’ shade structure.
Zero classrooms will be added as a result of the Project. The Project will not increase student enrollment capacity on the campus and involves negligible or no expansion of the existing use of the Vallejo Mill Elementary School campus. Construction would commence around June 2025, and be completed by approximately August 2025.
