Document Description
The Walters Middle School Athletic Fields and Courts ("Project") consists of renovation of the existing fields and courts area with new athletic field and courts. As well as addition of a new shade structure. Zero classrooms will be added as a result of the Project. The Project will not increase student enrollment capacity on the campus and involves negligible or no expansion of the existing use of the Walters Middle School campus. Construction would commence around April 2025, and be completed by approximately October 2025.
