Reasons for Exemption
Class 1 consists of operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, and/or minor alteration of existing public or private structures or facilities, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of this determination. The proposed project requests an 8,939 square foot addition to an existing 76,782 square foot automotive dealership building to increase the building capacity with services currently offered. The operation would be consistent with the historic vehicle sales and service repair levels of operation on the subject property. Class 3 consists of construction and location of new, small structures that include fences. The proposed project requests a 6-foot-high fence along a portion of the street frontage.
