Document Description
The existing physical education facility, except for the large gymnasium and auxiliary gym, will be demolished to make way for a new 90,000-square-foot building. The buildings proposed for demolition include the following: Building A (Administration) - 24,349 sq. ft. Building B (Shower and Locker Rooms) - 4,409 sq. ft. Building E (Exercise Building) - 6,420 sq. ft. A portion of Building C (Auxiliary Gym) - 2,910 sq. ft. The project aims to address the facility needs identified in the Facilities Master Plan and provide the desired community and student recreational and wellness amenities.

All of these assessments concluded that the proposed project does not have the potential to result in a significant impact to the physical environment.
