The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Recycled Water Feasibility Study. The Project includes a study to determine the feasibility of expanding the City of Glendale’s (City) recycled water system, upgrading its wastewater collection, installing an equalization tank at Los
Angeles-Glendale Water Reclamation Plant (LAGWRP) to maximize treatment of wastewater, and Indirect Potable Reuse uses.
