Document Description
The purpose of the project is to restore migratory access and fish passage through the US 101 Right of Way (R/W) for the federally endangered and state candidate Southern California Coast Steelhead. The project proposes to remove complete barriers within the creek channel within the Caltrans Right of Way (R/W), and create a series of pools for salmonids to utilize as they gain elevation while migrating upstream.
