Document Description
The project consists of a Conditional Use Permit to allow an 8-foot-tall by 3-foot-wide monument sign, which deviates from the design standards of the McClellan Park Wayfinding and Signage Master Plan. The monument sign would serve as a wayfinding sign for the existing Tesla facility, which is considered an Industrial Use. The monument sign would be placed approximately 15 feet from the existing curb and sidewalk, in the landscaped area, adjacent to the main vehicular entrance off Dudley Boulevard. The project site consists of a developed, industrial facility within McClellan Park (a former US Air Force base). The project site is located along a four-lane roadway and is not environmentally sensitive.
