Document Description
The proposed project is a request to renew an issued, limited term use permit to continue operating an indoor cannabis manufacturing and distribution operation within an existing structure located on a 0.97-acre parcel zoned M2 (Heavy Industrial), with Combining District for VOH (Valley Oak Habitat); APN 134-102-063. The proposed project consists of the continued operation of an indoor cannabis operation including cannabis manufacturing (non-volatile cannabis extraction) and distribution. The existing operation is currently operating the site under an issued, 5-year limited term use permit (UPC17-0010). This renewal would allow for continued use of the site for the existing operation with no changes to the use or overall site. Existing structure has been verified to meet development criteria and project conditions, no exterior or interior modification are required. Deliveries are limited to 8:00am to 5:00pm. Up to 12 full-time employees would serve the operation.
