Reasons for Exemption
No Sensitive habitat or special status species were identified in the project site. Any sensitive habitat including riparian habitat and elderberry shrubs in the vicinity will be avoided. Additionally, environmental protection measures incorporated into the project would ensure there will be no direct or indirect, or cumulative impacts to historic, gerontological, or cultural resources, human remains. There are no scenic or hazardous waste sites. Therefore the project would not have the potential to result in significant impacts to the environment.
