Document Description
The Project is an update to the Housing Element of the Fullerton Plan that was previously adopted in May 2012. State Housing Law (Government Code Section 65560 [et. seq.)) mandates that local governments must adequately plan to meet the existing and projected housing needs of all economic segments of the community, including accommodating its assigned Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) as determined by the Southern California Association of Governments and approved by the State Department of Housing and Community Development.
