Southern California Edison (SCE) proposes to replace the existing 40-foot Class 5 wood pole #732190E with a new 35-foot Class 5 wood pole at postmile (PM) 38.899 of southbound (SB) State Route 65 (SR-65), in the city of Exeter. Pole is located roughly 105 feet off the fog line. Crew will be parking trucks on the shoulder to complete the work. anticipated excavation depth is 78 inches, and the average width is 24 inches. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within State right-of-way.
