Approve and adopt a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Water Management between CCWA and Kern County Water Agency for consideration by other State Water Contractors. The MOU is intended to address the long-term needs of Contractors and KCWA Member Units (Member Units) by maximizing the tools made available by the Water Management Amendment to the State Water Project Contract. The purpose of the MOU is to provide a defined period, objectives and example opportunities to explore agreements to achieve these goals. No specific water management projects are proposed.
