Document Description
This project will involve the resurfacing of street pavement within Mall Drive from 12th Avenue to Lacey Boulevard. Improvements to include recycling of existing pavement, adjusting manhole and gate valve covers, installing communication conduit, installation of accessibility ramps, asphalt concrete paving and restriping of the roadway. The existing roadway is cracking and deteriorating and needs asphalt pavement treatment. This project will extend the useful life of the street by approximately 12-15 years.

Under existing facilities, existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities (this includes road grading for the purpose of public safety) are included.
