Document Description
Work would consist of vegetation preparation followed by prescribed burning. No ground disturbance is anticipated. Impacts would NOT occur to Bed, bank, or channel of any jurisdictional features. The purpose of the project is to modify the vegetation along the state highway system to provide for safer ingress and egress of evacuating residents and responding emergency personnel. This project is needed to protect life, property, infrastructure, natural resources, and reduce the potential for fire spread from vehicle induced ignitions along the State Highway System.

The project would not result in significant adverse effects on the environment or any exceptions to the exemption.
