Document Description
The proposed project consists of maintenance improvements to the concrete pathway of the William R. Mason Regional Park (18712 University Drive, Irvine), along the south alignment of University Drive between Harvard Avenue to the west and Ridgeline Drive to the east. The improvements include site grading; protecting in-place existing utilities; removal, demolition, and reconstruction of eight low-lying concrete pathway areas and sidewalks; and replacement of storm drainpipes with installation of new pedestrian boardwalk bridges, storm drainpipes, and abutments. Construction will take approximately one year and begin Spring of 2025. Temporary and partial pathway closures will be implemented for the project site per OC Public Works Standard Plans.
