Document Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works is being conveyed (GRANTED) temporary construction easements, for construction purposes for the Muscoy Area Pedestrian Improvement Project, by the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, (refer to attached Location Maps and Temporary Construction Easements Exhibits: TCE-77 (APN: 0268-041-18) AND TCE-78 (0268-041-15). he Project is part of the San Bernardino County Safe Routes to School Master Plan that generally includes installing new sidewalk where gaps in existing sidewalks exist; replacing damaged sidewalk; installing new ADA ramps, curb and gutter; high visibility crosswalks; street lighting; pedestrian crossing signals and other related signage. The proposed improvements will necessitate the removal of trees, relocation of mailboxes and chain-link fence currently within County Right-of-Way. No traffic detours or nighttime construction are planned at this time. Some utility poles and fire hydrants will be relocated to the accommodate the new sidewalk. Construction duration is anticipated for approximately five (5)-months.
