The City of Concord is constructing the Residential Pavement Maintenance Phase E Project (City Project Nos. 2613 & 2621) which consists of, in general, pavement maintenance via crack seal and rubberized cape seal, pavement digout repairs (4-inch depth) with regular hot mix asphalt, curb ramp upgrades to ADA standards, concrete curb/gutter repairs, fiber optic conduit installations, traffic striping, and pavement markings, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
