Document Description
The proposed Project will repair a steep cut slope caused by a landslide occurring after a winter rain event along westbound State Route 116. The Project proposes to repair the cut slope by constructing a soil nail wall with 40-foot-long soil nails. The Project would also widen the shoulder along the face of the wall and regrade existing roadside ditches. The project aims to prevent future landslides onto SR 116 that would impact the accessibility of the highway and the safety of the traveling public.
