Document Description
CARD, in collaboration with CUSD, proposes to develop an inclusive community park, known as Henshaw Park, which would be designed to cater to the needs and interests of people of all ages, from children to seniors (Project). Development of Henshaw Park is anticipated to include a variety of amenities, including up to two (2) playground and restroom facilities, shade structures, benches, walking pathways, turf areas and athletic fields, courts, and parking. The Project will prioritize the preservation of existing trees to enhance the park's aesthetic appeal and provide natural shade. Both the turf and parking areas will be equipped with outdoor lighting.
