Document Description
The boundary line adjustment involves the removal of the southern and eastern boundary lines of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 021-350-024-000 (Property 2) and the southern and western boundary lines of APN: 021-262-037-000 (Property 3) and their absorption into Resultant Parcel A. APN: 021-350-042-000 (Property 4) would be bisected with its dividing line serving as the new boundary between proposed Resultant Lots A and B. Properties 1, 2, and 3, and the northern portion of bisected Property 4 consists of approximately 151.2 acres and would constitute proposed Resultant Lot A; while the southern portion of bisected Property 4 is proposed Resultant Lot B which consists of approximately 53.7 acres.
