Document Description
The lot line adjustment involves an existing 5.1-acre property (Parcel 1) and a 4.73-acre property (Parcel 2) with an equal area transfer of land between the two parcels of +/- 0.358 acres. The resultant parcel sizes will remain the same as their existing areas; only the adjoining boundary line will be adjusted. Following the adjustment, both parcels would comply with minimum zoning requirements and would yield improved overall land use patterns. Both parcels are zoned F 4.6 AC. MIN. (Farm 4.6 acre minimum). No zone change is being requested.
