Southern California Edison (SCE) proposes to enter upon the Caltrans Right of Way (ROW) to remove equipment, overhead wire, and utility poles in Tulare County on State Route 99 between Post Miles (PM) 33.012-33.112. The project would remove the poles 1299513E, 1299514E, and 1299515E that are located W/S of the fence line. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within State right-of-way.
