The project is limited to one encroachment (Table 1). The encroachment is for water diversion from Indian Creek. Water is diverted for irrigation of an existing vineyard. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Water is diverted for irrigation under State Water Resource Control Board, Division of Water Rights License 9420A. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the existing water diversion infrastructure.

Reasons for Exemption
The project proposes to continue operation of an existing agricultural water diversion to maintain existing vineyard crops. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, threatened, or rare species or their habitat pursuant to §15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
