Document Description
This routine maintenance project consists of applying asphalt grindings, or millings, to multiple, degraded road shoulders in the Yard 10 area to improve the stability, durability, and safety of roadways. Asphalt grindings create a solid, stable surface that reduces erosions, enhances drainage, and decreases the need for frequent maintenance. Additionally, two stockpiling locations have already been established for the temporary storage of the grindings during the project.
