The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SCR-56221-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Michael Duffy.
The project is limited to the replacement of railcar bridge abutments, installation of two culverts, installation of four rocked fords, and water drafting as denoted in the approved 1-24-00154-SCR “Olive Springs 2024” THP.

Two Class II watercourses flow through the THP area into the east branch of Soquel Creek and one Class II watercourse flows into Hinckley Creek.
