Document Description
The project proposes 13 geotechnical borings and 32 hazardous waste borings to inform the final design of the Topanga Lagoon Restoration Project. Four geotechnical borings are on Los Angeles County Dept. of Beaches and Harbors property and 9 along SR-1 and SR-27 within Caltrans ROW. The Hazardous waste borings include 4 locations in Topanga State Park and 28 along SR-1 and SR-27 within Caltrans ROW. Tribal monitoring at all sites. Archaeological monitoring will occur at sites identified in the environmental document. All work will occur within disturbed areas.
