Reasons for Exemption
The Project proposes a long-term storm drain outfall repair at a small tributary to Arroyo del Laguna damaged by high flows during severe storm events, generally within the same footprint and with the same purpose and capacity as the pre-eroded outfall structure. Accordingly, The CIty of Pleasanton has determined that the proposed Project is exempt from CEQA. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 14, §15301, 15302, and 15269). A state of emergency had been declared by the Governor for December 2022- January 2023 Storms.
